The aki belongs to the Catholic chaplaincy of the University of Bern and is run by the Jesuit order. The premises can be used free of charge by students, and is also made available to non-profit organizations. The aki cannot be rented out for private parties and functions.

The garden and cafeteria are open to all groups in the building. The kitchen can also be rented. At breaks or lunchtimes, refreshments or simple meals can be purchased from the University of Bern canteen next door. The organisers will make arrangements directly with the canteen. |
