The Gurten has ideal traffic connections. A tram ride from Berne's central railway station takes only ten minutes. The Gurten's own funicular raylway operates every ten to thirty minutes between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. There is a multy-storey car park at the bottom of the funicular railway.
